These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of commercialroofingaustin.net (the "Site"), operated by ATX Commercial Roof Network ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
ATX Commercial Roof Network is not a roofing contractor. We are not licensed, registered or bonded as a roofing contractor in Texas or anywhere else. We do not employ roofing crews, do not hold permits, do not inspect roofs, do not prepare scopes of work, and do not install, repair, coat or replace any roof. We operate an informational directory and a referral service that transmits quote requests to independent third-party contractors.
Any contract for roofing services is formed solely between you and the independent contractor you choose. We are not a party to that contract, are not an agent or partner of any contractor, and have no authority to bind any contractor or to accept service on their behalf. Any price, schedule, scope, guarantee or warranty is offered by that contractor alone.
We do not certify, vet, screen, license-verify, bond, insure, endorse, recommend or guarantee any contractor listed on or referred through the Site. Inclusion in the directory, appearance in search results on the Site, or transmission of your request to a contractor is not a representation that the contractor is qualified, licensed, insured, competent, solvent, honest, or suitable for your project.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any contractor. Texas does not issue a statewide roofing contractor licence. Before hiring anyone, you should independently verify current general liability and workers' compensation insurance, confirm local business registration, check references on comparable commercial buildings, obtain the full scope of work in writing, and compare more than one written quote.
Where business listings, ratings or review excerpts appear on location pages, that information is supplied by Google and is displayed for informational purposes. We do not author, verify, moderate or endorse it, and it may be inaccurate or out of date. We publish no ratings, reviews or testimonials of our own. Where a location page shows no business listings, that means we hold no verified third-party data for that location.

You may not submit another person's information without their authorisation, submit false or misleading requests, or use the Site to generate requests you do not genuinely intend.
The original text, layout, structure, compilation and design of the Site are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. The ATX Commercial Roof Network name is our brand. Third-party names, trademarks and business listings referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by them or by us.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You release ATX Commercial Roof Network, its owners, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages and disputes of every kind arising out of or connected with any dispute between you and any contractor, including the quality, timeliness, price, safety or legality of any work performed.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your submission of information you were not authorised to provide, or your dealings with any contractor.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
